USFMEP Side Panel: Engaging Faith Communities to implement SDGs – Achieving Gender Justice and Eliminating Violence against Women and Girls

On the 16th of March, President Sally Kader and the USFMEP, in co-sponsorship with the permanent observer mission of the OIC to the United Nations, Islamic Relief Worldwide and the Lutheran World Foundation hosted a panel discussing the role of faith actors and the elimination of violence against women in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations

The panel included notable guests such as Jesca Mnari from the World YWCA, Pastor Cibele Kuss from the Lutheran Foundation, and Sharifa Abdulaziz from Islamic Relief Worldwide, with Mrs. Kader serving as the panel's moderator.
