February 5, 2009 – U.S. Federation for Middle East Peace (“UFMEP”) President, Sally (“Salwa”) Kader, attended the National Prayer Breakfast with President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden in Washington D.C. Several key government officials and public figures were present including Congressman Mr. Travis Childers of Mississippi, Judge Eugene Hamilton of the District of Colombia and H.E. Lauro L. Baja, Jr., Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair delivered the keynote address at the event.
